🎄 Temporary Christmas Return & Exchange Policy Update🎄

For all orders placed between 15 November 2025 and 5 December 2025, the return and exchange window will be extended until 5 January 2026.

For orders placed after 5 December 2025, the standard 30-day return and exchange policy will continue to apply.

This temporary policy is designed to provide customers with extra flexibility during the busy holiday season and ensure gifts purchased early for Christmas can still be returned or exchanged after the holidays.

If you would like to return your purchases, please review the following instructions or get in touch with us via "Need help?" for other inquiries. We encourage you to chat with us directly or leave a message so that we can assist you promptly. In your message, please provide your order information.

How to return?

Please confirm the following information before you proceed with your return:

    • If your purchase was made on our official website (www.uggozwear.com), you may return the item directly by following the instructions below—no return request is required.

    • If you purchased our product from another website or platform, please contact us before sending it back, as return approval is required.

  1. Confirm that the items you are returning is an OZWEAR UGG product and not from other brands.
  2. Make sure that you are submitting the return or exchange request and post the items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

-The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

- If you want to return your purchase because of sizes or change your mind, the return postage will be at your cost.

-If we send you a faulty or wrong item, Please send us a photo of the issue, and we will assess it and contact you promptly.

- If you wish to return the items for a refund, please fill out the form and return the items to us in their original condition, including the original packing slip. If there is no packing slip and you cannot print the form, please include a note containing all the information from the form. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund.
